Jesse Dondero is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in managing and scaling business processes across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Director of Central Operations at Wonolo since March 2022, Jesse oversees marketplace operations and the implementation of new product offerings. Prior roles include Director of Program Management at Sessions, where efforts enhanced the connection between musicians and global audiences, and several impactful positions at Uber, culminating in leadership roles that drove significant revenue growth in Uber Eats and launched new business ventures. Jesse’s earlier career includes work at the General Services Administration, focusing on customer experience improvement and financial management analysis. Educated at Bucknell University with a dual degree in Business Administration and Comparative Humanities, Jesse also contributed to entrepreneurial initiatives during university years.
