C.J. Schmidt has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. C.J. started their career in 1983 as a Labor Law Counsel at the U.S. Department of Commerce, Office of General Counsel. After working there for three years, they joined Smith and Schnacke as an Associate, where they stayed for three years. In 1989, C.J. Schmidt joined Wood + Lamping as an Associate and worked there until 1995. C.J. then became a Partner at the same firm and held this role until 2006 when they became the Managing Partner. C.J. held this position for eight years until 2014 when they became the Partner Co-Head of the Litigation Department. Currently, there is no information on their current role and company.
C.J. Schmidt attended the University of Cincinnati from 1975 to 1983, where they obtained a JD in Law and a BA in Education. Following this, they pursued further education at the Georgetown University Law Center between 1984 and 1987, earning an L.M.M degree with a specialization in Labor Law.
