Darin Holderness

Darin Holderness has extensive experience in financial leadership, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller at Woodgrain since August 2008. Previous roles include Area Controller at AgReserves, Inc. (2006-2008), Sr. Manager of North America Cost Accounting at J.M. Huber Corporation (2003-2006), and Controller at Rayonier (1998-2003). Early career positions include Plant Controller at Schneider Electric (1992-1998), Manager of Cost and Budgets at Honeywell (1990-1992), and Internal Auditor/Financial Analyst at ExxonMobil (1987-1990). Holderness holds an MBA in Finance, a Master of Accountancy in Management Consulting, and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Brigham Young University, along with an Associate of Applied Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
