Daniel Tulp

Daniel Tulp is an experienced project manager and facility management professional currently serving as Project Manager Beheer at woonbedrijf ieder1 since January 2022. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Property Manager/Maintenance Manager for Europe and the USA at citizenM hotels from August 2016 to January 2022. Daniel also served as CEO of ZeroHome from August 2019 to August 2020 and previously worked in facility management at NOS in 2016, and as Facility Manager at De Noorderbrug from 2011 to August 2015. Early career experiences include working as a Sales Employee at Ahold Nederland from April 2007 to April 2015 and as an intern at TVM verzekeringen in fall 2014. Daniel holds a degree in Facilitair leidinggevende from Deltion College and is currently enrolled in a Leadership Development Program at Nyenrode Business University, having also completed similar programs at the same institution.
