Jane Li

Jane Li is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic planning, go-to-market strategies, and business operations across various leading technology firms. Currently serving as Vice President of Go-to-Market Strategy and Planning at Workday since 2024, Jane is also a member of CHIEF since 2022. Previously, Jane held significant roles at VMware from 2014 to 2023, including Vice President of GTM Strategy and Chief of Staff to the CRO. Prior experiences include leadership positions at Cisco Systems and Microsoft Corporation, where Jane focused on strategic planning, product management, and operational improvement. Jane began a career at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, collaborating with senior executives on critical business strategies. Jane earned an MBA with High Distinction from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
