Letitia Zwart has over two decades of experience in corporate communications, with a significant focus on senior leadership roles across Asia Pacific and Japan. At Workday, Letitia served as Senior Director of Corporate Communications from April 2020 to June 2023, following previous positions in the company. Prior experience includes roles at Optus, where Letitia was Associate Director of Brand, Digital, and Communications, managing a team and overseeing communication strategies for Optus Business. Letitia further developed communication initiatives at IBM Australia and New Zealand, contributing to executive communications for the CEO and managing employee engagement across the organization. Letitia also has experience as a freelance communications consultant and holds a Mini MBA from Duke University and a Certificate in Marketing Practice from the Australian Institute of Management.
