Nishchal Rana

Nishchal Rana is an experienced professional in Business Analytics and Data Engineering, currently working at Workday since August 2022. Prior to this role, Nishchal served as Group Manager for Data & Analytics Products Engineering at Bank of the West from September 2015 to July 2022, overseeing the management and enhancement of over 15 analytics applications across various sectors. Nishchal's previous experience at Qualcomm from November 2010 to September 2015 involved providing technical BI leadership and spearheading initiatives across multiple domains.
