Prerna Richards With Together We Grow

Prerna Richards is a dynamic leader in early childhood education, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Together We Grow since July 2018, where consulting, coaching, and professional development services are provided for educators, administrators, and parents of young children. In addition to founding Early Childhood Consultants Organization (ECCO) in May 2019, Prerna serves as a Texas Rising Star Assessor with Workforce Solutions Greater Dallas. Previously, Prerna held significant roles including Director of Early Childhood Education at Momentous Institute, overseeing programs that impacted over 5,500 children and families annually; Vice President of Early Education Division at Camp Fire First Texas, managing various operational aspects for a large team; and Program Director at Mi Escuelita Preschools Inc., leading a substantial team to provide quality education for financially-disadvantaged preschoolers. Prerna's academic background includes an MBA and an Executive MBA from Texas Woman's University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Applied Technology, Training & Development from the University of North Texas.
