Kayla Olson

Kayla Olson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of HR Operations at Workiva since July 2018. Prior roles at Workiva include Senior Manager and Manager of HR Operations. Prior to this, Kayla worked at The Lauridsen Group as Payroll & HRIS Manager and Human Resources Representative from April 2012 to July 2018, and at Kum & Go as a Human Resources Generalist from August 2008 to April 2012. Early career experience includes a position as Development Assistant at Salisbury House Foundation from June 2006 to August 2008. Kayla holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism/Mass Communications and Business Administration from Drake University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
