Marta Baraibar possesses extensive experience in climate services and environmental initiatives, having worked with organizations such as the World Meteorological Organization on innovation in climate services in Africa, the European Commission on biodiversity and circular economy actions in the Maldives, and ICPAC on climate services in Eastern Africa.
