Ronald Yam has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Ronald began their career as a partner at Lai & Fan, Sothertons, where they focused on auditing, taxation, and management consultancy. Ronald then joined RSM Hong Kong as a partner and engaged in auditing and financial advisory services to listed and private clients. In 2004, they became the Director and Honorary Treasurer for Habitat for Humanity in the Greater China region, contributing to improving living conditions for low-income families.
