Lea Lundquist has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. From 2008 to 2016, they worked at Baldwin & Lyons, Inc., starting as Corporate Counsel-Manager of Legal Compliance and later becoming the Director of Claims Administration. In these roles, Lea was responsible for managing company-wide compliance, legal, and regulatory issues. Lea also conducted research, created action plans, and implemented programs for various compliance issues.
In 2017, Lea became the Vice President of Claims Administration at Baldwin & Lyons, Inc., where they managed administrative claims staff and designed processes to increase efficiency and productivity. Lea also created and presented internal training sessions on compliance, licensing, and Bad Faith issues.
In 2020, Lea moved to Protective Insurance as the Vice President of Claims. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the claims department and ensuring timely and accurate claims processing. Lea held this position until May 2022.
Currently, Lea is the Vice President of Operations at WorldTrips® Travel Insurance, starting in May 2022. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the operations of the company.
Throughout their career, Lea has demonstrated knowledge and expertise in compliance, legal, and regulatory matters, as well as effective leadership and management skills.
Lea Lundquist pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Ball State University from 2003 to 2005. Following this, they attended Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) degree from 2005 to 2008.
