Elba Lozano D'Elia

Elba Lozano D'Elia M.A. serves as the Vice President - Group Director of People & Culture at GroupM since February 2022, where responsibilities include developing innovative programs and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within a global workforce. Concurrently, Elba is a member of Chief, a network dedicated to empowering women in leadership roles. Previous positions include Head of Human Resources at Decoded Advertising, Vice President and HR Business Partner at Edible Arrangements, HR Director for US Operations at The Mill, Benefits Manager at BBDO, and Human Resources Manager at Euro RSCG. Elba holds an MA in Psychology from Pace University, a Professional Certificate in Corporate Training from New York University, and a B.B.A. in Human Resources Management from Baruch College.
