Juliette Rondeau Magne

Juliette Rondeau Magne is an experienced HR leader with a comprehensive background in organizational development, talent management, and corporate culture. Currently serving as Managing Director of People at GroupM, Juliette collaborates on HR strategies and leads people operations. Previous roles include Senior HR Director at Strigo, where Juliette focused on corporate culture and innovative HR management, and Senior HR Director at Rogers Communications, overseeing HR support for the Technology business unit. Juliette also contributed to the Mastercard Foundation's people and culture initiatives and had a lengthy career at Nokia, leading HR across the APAC region and building strategies for global business units. Juliette holds a DESS in Economics from Paris-Sud University, a Bachelor's degree in English and Economics from Université Paris-Sorbonne, and a professional certificate in HR Management from the University of Toronto.
