Marta Pszczółkowska

Marta Pszczółkowska is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and human resources management. Currently serving as the Global Director for People at GroupM since October 2023, Marta previously held the position of Employer Branding, Culture, and Talent Acquisition Office Director at Santander Bank Polska from January 2020 to November 2023. Prior to that, Marta worked at Bank Pekao from December 2007 to January 2020, progressing through various roles including Recruitment & Employer Branding Manager and Team Leader focused on talent development initiatives. Marta's career began at Bank BPH, where responsibilities included project coordination and personnel development. Academically, Marta holds a Master's in HR Management from the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in HR Management at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
