WSA
Elma Hot Dervic is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Medical University of Vienna and the Supply Chain Intelligence Institute Austria, focusing on the challenges faced by global, European, and Austrian production and logistics networks. Dervic has been affiliated with the Complexity Science Hub Vienna since January 2019, where doctoral studies in Medical Informatics, Biostatistics, and Complex Systems were completed in January 2023. As a co-founder of the Montenegrin AI Association and BeeAnd.me, Dervic has also played a significant role in promoting technological innovation. Additional experience includes serving as a Youth Ambassador for the World Summit Awards and previously holding roles in summer schools related to machine learning and IoT. Education credentials include a PhD from the Medical University of Vienna, a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Montenegro, and participation in the Oxford Machine Learning Summer School.
