Michaela Gelnarová currently serves as Global Network Lead at WSA and as a Freelance Trainer and Facilitator for the Czech National Agency for International Education and Research, where responsibilities include designing participant-centered trainings. Previous experience includes a role as Junior Category Manager at Rohlik.cz, managing grocery categories with significant revenue, and serving as a PR Team Member for the Vice-President of the European Parliament, where Michaela significantly increased social media reach. Additional roles include project management in sexual misconduct prevention at Czech universities and marketing development for Korean B2B partnerships at KOTRA. Michaela co-founded a refugee education initiative and has held various positions during academic years at Grinnell College, including Vice President of Academic Affairs. Michaela holds a Master's degree in International Development from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Communications from Grinnell College.
