Carl Osberg

Carl brings more than 21 years of structural engineering experience to the Structures group. His work has included designing and managing many complex projects like bridges, buildings, facilities, towers, retaining walls, noise walls, tunnels, culverts, structural and historic rehabilitations/retrofits, drainage structures and dams, from concept through construction. He understands the need to provide cost-effective, timely, state-of-the-art solutions that are in accordance with code requirements.
