Arthur J. Bacci

Arthur Bacci is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience across various leadership roles in banking, wealth management, and finance. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Interim Chief Financial Officer at WSFS Bank, Arthur leads a wealth management business generating over $150 million in revenue and managing over $60 billion in assets. Previous roles include Independent Board Director at GreenSky®, where Arthur chaired multiple committees during the company's strategic review, and Vice President at Principal Financial Group, where Arthur transformed underperforming units into profitable entities. Additional experiences include leadership positions at Ashton Technology Group, PWC, WSGP Partners, and Bank of America. Arthur Bacci holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, an Executive Leadership Education certificate from The Wharton School, and a BS in Business from San Jose State University.
