Earlier experience includes significant positions at American Eagle Outfitters, where Morgan managed substantial revenue streams and implemented strategies that achieved notable sales growth, as well as positions at Tory Burch, EXPRESS, and Hearst Magazines, demonstrating a diverse skill set in business management and fashion. Morgan holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Fashion & Retail Studies and Business from The Ohio State University.
