Kwasa Mathis is a seasoned marketing and digital media professional with extensive experience in the broadcast and entertainment industries. Since February 2017, Kwasa has served as the Director of Marketing & Growth at WURD Radio, where responsibilities include identifying new audiences, supervising creative teams, and making data-driven recommendations to enhance station performance. Prior to this role, Kwasa held positions such as Digital Project Manager at TMP Worldwide and Digital Media Manager/Morning Drive Producer at WURD Radio, demonstrating a strong background in project management, customer service, and media production. Educationally, Kwasa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Hampton University.
