Mareike Fellhauer

Mareike Fellhauer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software solutions and product management within the banking sector. Currently serving as Associate Director at x1F since January 2025, Mareike previously held key positions at ADWEKO from August 2014 to December 2024, including BU Lead Software Solutions, where leadership of a team of 25 FTE focused on delivering software to European banking clients. Additional roles at ADWEKO included Manager and Team Lead for Software Solutions, emphasizing strategic decision-making and product oversight, and initial entry as Product Manager, establishing standards and processes for software development. Earlier experience at zetVisions AG involved product management of investment management software, covering requirements engineering and customer engagement. Mareike holds a Master of Arts degree from Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society, obtained in 2011.
