Mette Bang Lassesen is a professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a People & Culture Partner at XCI, Mette has previously held various roles at SHAPING NEW TOMORROW, including HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Coordinator in both HR Operations and the Center of Excellence. Mette has also contributed to Aalborg Kommune as an AC-praktikant in Job- og aktivhuset and gained initial experience in HR as an intern at Redmark – Mærkbar forskel. Additionally, Mette has a background in communications, holding a Master's degree from Aalborg University obtained between 2018 and 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Digital Media earned from the same institution from 2015 to 2018.
