Currently serving as Country Manager at XCMG Group since March 2019, Xia Zhi is responsible for overseeing sales operations in Colombia, including business development, market analysis, product surveying, and establishing partnerships with local entities. Previously, Xia Zhi held various roles at Kerui Petroleum from July 2014 to March 2019, progressing from Sales Representative to Manager of Sales, where responsibilities included sales strategy formulation, customer development, and market research. Earlier experience includes a brief internship at Jianghan Oilfield and foundational roles as a Product Engineer and International After-Sales Engineer. Xia Zhi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and Automation from Yangtze University, earned in 2014.
