Ameya Shinde has a strong background in asset management in the hospitality industry. Ameya started their career at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where they held various roles in feasibility and development, real estate investment management, residential development, and business systems. In these roles, they managed the development of global database applications and state-of-the-art applications for hotel pipeline tracking and plotting "areas of protection" for over 1000 hotels. In 2013, Ameya joined Laurus Corporation as a Vice President of Asset Management, where they contributed to the company's success until 2017. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Asset Management at Xenia Hotels & Resorts.

Ameya Shinde completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo. Afterward, Ameya pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the NYU Stern School of Business.
