Kayti Patterson is the current VP of Organization Development at Xenter. Kayti has over five years of experience in Human Resources and holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah. Kayti has experience in managing benefit enrollments, reconciling billing statements, benefits compliance, and claims resolution. Kayti is also experienced in implementing new HRIS systems and has a strong knowledge of payroll processing. In their previous role as Director of Human Resources at ARIIX, they were responsible for all HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee relations. Kayti is a strategic partner who is able to build relationships and create programs that promote engagement and development within the workforce.
Kayti Patterson has a BA in Anthropology from Alta High School, a BS in Anthropology from Brigham Young University, and a certification from HRCI in Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).
Kayti Patterson reports to Richard J. Linder, Chairman & CEO. They work with David J. Bearss - Director & President, Xenter Therapeutics, Scott Heuler - SVP & General Manager, Cardiology, and Robert Baxter - Director & EVP, Business Development.
