Jonathan Kochis

Jonathan Kochis is an accomplished Principal Product Designer at Xero since April 2022, with a focus on initiating product projects and fostering team success. Previously, as Director of User Experience at Canada Life, Jonathan led a team to enhance service delivery through UX strategy and research while collaborating with senior leadership. As the Founder and UX Lead of Res.im, Jonathan shaped the firm into a respected entity in UX design and strategy over nearly 15 years. Additionally, Jonathan co-founded Treble Apps, where contributions included launching a notable location-based mobile product and developing applications for various clients. Jonathan also has experience as a professor at Fanshawe College, teaching marketing and other courses. Jonathan holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Conestoga College.
