Tina Chapman

Tina Chapman is an accomplished leader in workplace experience and event management, currently serving as the Director of Workplace for APAC and Head of Workplace Experience for AU/SEA at Xero since February 2022. Previously, Tina held the position of Senior Manager, Workplace at Salesforce, along with various roles at Slack, including Head of Workplace and Regional Workplace Manager for JAPAC. Tina's career began as a Project & Event Specialist at Jomablue Pty Ltd, where innovative live engagement strategies were employed. Additional experience includes serving as Venue Operations Manager at Melbourne Sports Centres and Sr Project Manager for Contract Security at the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games Corporation. Tina holds an MBA from RMIT University and a PostGraduate Certificate in Business Administration and Management, furthering expertise with a professional course in Design Business Strategy & Communication from Swinburne University of Technology.
