Lindsay Hubbell

Lindsay Hubbell, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Project Manager of Business Operations at XingImaging, LLC since May 2023. Prior to this role, Lindsay was an HR Specialist at Branford Public Schools, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and performance evaluations while maintaining the Applicant Tracking System and digitizing processes. Experience includes leadership positions in the SHRM - Sacred Heart University Student Chapter and extensive data management roles at Invicro, where Lindsay developed training platforms, improved processes, and ensured data compliance. Lindsay's career began in early childhood education, culminating in a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Sacred Heart University.
