Marius Brok

Marius Brok is an experienced legal and business professional currently serving as General Counsel and VP Legal & Business Affairs at XITE since March 2015, where responsibilities include establishing distribution partnerships for a music video streaming service in the EU, managing compliance with GDPR and media regulations, and overseeing contract negotiations. Prior to this role, Marius held positions at M7 Group SA as VP Partnerships EMEA and Director of Distribution Partnerships, focusing on content deal negotiations and management. Marius began a legal career at M7 as a Legal Counsel and Company Secretary, supporting various legal matters. Marius co-founded Luiz David Concepts, organizing dance parties in Amsterdam, and commenced a professional journey as a Management Trainee at Meltwater Group. Marius holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Dutch General Law from the University of Groningen, along with a legal profession qualification from Beroepsopleiding Bedrijfsjuristen.
