Caius Pawson

Caius Pawson is an accomplished music industry professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Founder of Young Space and Young, as well as the Chair of the Board of Trustees for Murmur. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Caius founded Young Recordings and Young Artists, and has held various roles at XL Recordings, including Director, A&R Director, Senior A&R Manager, A&R Manager, and A&R Scout. Additionally, Caius brings advocacy experience as an Ambassador for ClientEarth and board membership for Tekla, while having previously served on the Board of Trustees for the Michael Clark Company.
