Shay Siksik is an experienced professional in cybersecurity and customer experience with a strong background in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Experience at XM Cyber since June 2021, Shay previously held the position of Security Analysts Manager at Cato Networks. At Skybox Security, from May 2013 to May 2020, Shay progressed through various leadership roles, including Global Director of Solution Architect and Technical Enablement and Director of Professional Services for EMEA, while establishing the Northern Europe Professional Services Team. Shay began a career in cybersecurity as a Network Security Team Leader in the Israel Defense Forces, where responsibilities included creating a Security Operational Center. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Holon Institute of Technology and ongoing pursuit of a Master’s Degree in Information Security at the University of London.
