Paul Goodridge

Paul Goodridge serves as a Special Advisor to the Board at XMOS since November 2022 and has extensive experience as a board adviser, due diligence consultant, and coach for CFOs across various firms since September 2016. Previously, Goodridge held key positions including Non Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Brightpearl and Condeco Software, contributing to successful exits for both companies. Goodridge's career also includes roles as CFO at CSR PLC, where significant growth and an IPO were achieved, as well as at Sepura PLC and Light Blue Optics. Goodridge's earlier tenure at GFI/LogicNow involved successful exits totaling over $1 billion. Educated at Durham University with a degree in Philosophy and Psychology, Goodridge has played a pivotal role in financial strategy and governance across multiple organizations.
