Greg Barden

Greg Barden is the CEO of xplore., a company dedicated to fostering local communities and supporting independent businesses since March 2016. Prior to this role, Barden was an International Rugby Sevens Player for England Rugby from 2008 to July 2012, culminating in a captaincy for the 2011/12 season. Barden also played as a professional rugby player for the Bristol Bears in the Guinness Premiership from June 2007 to May 2009. Earlier in their career, Barden served as a Royal Marine for 15 years, gaining significant operational experience in various challenging environments, including Kosovo, Afghanistan, South America, and Iraq.
