Caroline Kolta

Caroline Kolta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and social impact. Currently serving as the Senior Director at XPRIZE since September 2018, Caroline drives operational excellence across innovative programs and leads strategic initiatives aimed at scaling the organization’s impact. Previous roles at XPRIZE include Director of the Feed the Next Billion competition and Prize Design Lead, focusing on sustainable food systems and alternative proteins. Caroline has also contributed to The Heller School for Social Policy and Management as a Course Designer and Instructor, as well as working with the International Rescue Committee and various NGOs including UNICEF and The Carter Center, where Caroline engaged in policy advocacy and program management. Caroline holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Cairo University.
