Keith Schmidt is the Vice President of Customer Success at XSELL Technologies. Keith has been with XSELL since January 2019 and has been instrumental in the success of the company's Healthcare and Insurance clients. In 2020, Keith led the successful implementation of HiPer Voice CoBot at two fortune 20 healthcare insurance corporations, resulting in $5.2M ARR. In 2019, Keith delivered growth of 157% for existing clients through expansion and new business development. Keith is a collaborative leader who works closely with clients, product engineering, and XSELL leadership to continually improve the platform's usability and effectiveness. Keith has developed a core reporting package to track KPIs, platform results, and deliver insights to clients, leadership, and cross-functional partners. Keith is responsible for the go-to-market strategy and approach for implementation and ongoing support of XSELL's HiPer CoBot.
