Lauren Cox

Lauren Cox is the Senior Director of Client Success at XSELL Technologies. Lauren has over 20 years of experience in product marketing management and sales operations. Before joining XSELL, Lauren was the Associate Director of Consumer Sales Operations at AT&T/BellSouth. In this role, they led a team of 11 professionals responsible for Chat and other contact enablement tool capabilities across ATT.com, DIRECTV.com and DIRECTVNOW.com properties. Lauren has also held the position of Director of Operations at Integrated Care Management, where they were responsible for transforming ICM into an organized and highly profitable establishment within a 12 month timeframe. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia.

Lauren Cox reports to Kathy Cambridge, VP of Data Analytics and Customer Support Operations.
