Zihao Hua has extensive work experience in the field of drug discovery and scientific research. Zihao is currently serving as a Senior Director in Drug Discovery at XtalPi Inc. since January 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Sr. Principal Scientist & Scientific Leader in Drug Discovery at XtalPi Inc. from February 2020 to December 2021. Zihao also worked at Amgen as a Research Scientist from December 2006 to October 2019. Zihao started their career at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow from September 2004 to November 2006.
Zihao Hua pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Peking University. The exact start and end years of this degree are not provided. Following their undergraduate studies, Zihao Hua then furthered their academic journey at Stony Brook University, where they earned a PhD in Organic Chemistry between 1999 and 2004.
