Earl Ellis

Earl Ellis has a robust background in finance and leadership, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chair at Xylem since March 2023. Previously, Earl held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at ABM Industries from November 2020 to June 2025, contributing to a company that provides extensive facility solutions. Additionally, Earl served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Best Buy from May 2016 to November 2020, and as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Canadian Tire from April 2014 to May 2016. Earl holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Management Economics from the University of Guelph, obtained in January 1989.
