Mauro Agostini

Mauro Agostini is a seasoned mechanical engineering manager with extensive experience in the design and optimization of pump systems. Currently, Mauro leads the mechanical engineering office at XYLEM SERVICE ITALIA S.R.L. and functions as the R&D reference person in cross-functional teams, focusing on mechanical design, compliance with IEC/EN and UL standards, 3D FEM simulation, and technical file implementation. Previously, Mauro held management roles at Xylem Inc., overseeing R&D for centrifugal and multistage pumps. Early career experiences include positions as a mechanical design engineer at Askoll and as a mechanical engineer at Plastic Omnium. Mauro holds an engineering degree from the Università degli Studi di Padova and certifications in Lean Six Sigma from the University of Michigan and Chiarini & Associati.
