Sofie Hagelin is an experienced HR and Recruitment professional currently serving as the Head of HR and Recruitment at Xzakt Kundrelation AB since November 2022, having also held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior to this role, Sofie worked at Trim Tab AB as Regionchef and handledare from March 2021 to November 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as a Socialpedagog and Elevassistent at Gävle kommun from June 2020 to March 2021 and from November 2011 to August 2018, respectively. Sofie Hagelin received a Gymnasieexamen in Entreprenörskap from John Bauergymnasiet and furthered education at Brunnsvik from August 2018 to June 2020, while also pursuing studies at the University of Gävle.
