Ondřej Župka

Ondřej Župka has a wealth of experience in manufacturing and operations management, spanning various roles in different companies. Starting as a Manufacturing Engineer at Flextronics in 2000, they later worked at Celestica as an NPI Engineer in 2002. From 2003 to 2008, they held roles at Honeywell, focusing on lean principles and process improvement. Ondřej then moved to TE Connectivity, where they took on leadership roles such as Continuous Improvement Leader, TEOA Manager, and Operations Manager, driving continuous improvement efforts and operational excellence. Currently, they serve as the VP of Manufacturing at Y Soft, overseeing manufacturing operations and driving strategic financial decisions to optimize profitability.

Ondřej Župka obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brno University of Technology in 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategy Management from Staffordshire University, completing it in 2016. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Emotional Leadership, Six Sigma Plus Lean Expert, The Four Roles of Leadership, and Six Sigma Green Belt DMAIC in various years.
