Kristi Oki is currently the Assistant Director of Learner Services at Yale University since November 2024. Previously, Oki served in various roles at the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology from September 2017 to November 2024, including Information Systems Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the CRM system Salesforce and enhancing visitor management processes. Oki also held positions as Program Innovation Manager, Project/Mechanical Engineer, Advanced Technology Education Coordinator, and Program Manager/Specialist in Education & Workforce, contributing to technology adoption and promoting STEM careers among K-12 students. Prior experience includes teaching at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the Women's Technology Program and conducting research as a Graduate Research Assistant. Oki holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Sciences from Yale University.
