Joseph Chilala, MBA, MSEM, BSChE, is an experienced production engineering professional with a comprehensive background in engineering management and operations within the agricultural and production sectors. Currently serving as Production Engineering Manager at Yalelo Zambia since October 2017, Joseph oversees the production engineering function, focusing on operational planning, budget management, and project execution. Previous roles include Commercial Engineering Manager and Planning & Excellence Engineering Manager at Yalelo Zambia, Operations Manager at Unicanos and Chimsoro Farms Ltd, and student intern at Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa. Joseph holds an MBA and an MSc in Engineering Management from Western New England University, along with a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
