Mariana Flores

Mariana Flores is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in UX design and conversational design. Currently serving as a Senior UX Manager and Senior Conversational Designer at Yalo since August 2020, Mariana has successfully led complex conversational commerce projects while mentoring junior designers. Previous roles include UX Writer at Citibanamex, where Mariana contributed to app flows and developed writing guidelines, and UX Writer at Broxel Media, focusing on mobile applications and chatbot development. Mariana began her career as a UX Designer at Laboratoria, working on various projects including chatbots and e-commerce design. Educational qualifications include a UX Designer & Researcher certification and a Diploma in Narrative Therapy, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
