Daniil Shuleyko

Daniil Shuleyko, born September 22, 1988, is the CEO driving the global expansion of Yango Group. A graduate of the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI, Daniil combines a robust technical background with strategic acumen, enabling him to lead Yango Group through rapid international growth.

Since becoming CEO, Daniil has been at the forefront of Yango Group's expansive portfolio, overseeing its ride-hailing, e-commerce, food delivery, fintech and entertainment services across more than 30 countries. Under his leadership, Yango has cemented its presence as a transformative global player, consistently innovating to meet the unique demands of local markets while harnessing the power of cutting-edge technologies.

Before joining Yango Group, Daniil played a pivotal role at Yandex. He initially joined Yandex Taxi as CMO, where he was instrumental in establishing its dominance in Russia and the CIS region. Daniil’s strategic vision led to his promotion as COO and later CEO of Yandex Taxi, where he helped the company achieve a historic milestone as the world’s first profitable ride-hailing service.

Daniil’s journey also includes co-founding Delivery Club, a food delivery platform that revolutionised the industry in Russia. His leadership drove Delivery Club’s rapid growth, expanding its partnerships with thousands of restaurants and grocery stores. The platform's success ultimately led to its acquisition by Yandex in 2022.
