Carlo Thilleman

Carlo Thilleman is a seasoned professional in the field of cyber security and IT management, currently serving as the Cyber Security Manager and IT/OT Cyber Security Lead at Yara International since January 2009. Carlo has held various key positions within the company, including Regional IT Manager overseeing multiple locations across France, Germany, Greece, Italy, and the Netherlands, and has also acted as the Interim Regional IT Manager for Central Europe. Carlo's expertise includes ICT support as the Yara IS Facility Coordinator for the Netherlands and managing facility maintenance related to automation systems. Prior to Yara International, Carlo worked as an ICT Consultant at EDB Business Partner and IS Partner, and served as a Project Coordinator at Verstraeten Verbrugge Groep. Carlo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems from Avans University of Applied Sciences, supplemented by a background in Business Administration from ROC Westerschelde and De Rietvliet.
