Monica Garmann

Monica Garmann serves as the Ethics and Compliance Communication and Training Manager at Yara International since December 2020, focusing on global training initiatives within the Ethics & Compliance department. Prior to this role, Monica was a Group HR Specialist for Learning Management at Sector Alarm Group, where responsibilities included shaping the digital learning and development strategy and implementing a Learning Management System. Monica’s extensive experience at DNV GL spanned various roles from Marketing and Communications Manager for Digital Solutions to Global Training Manager, where accomplishments included enhancing training quality and developing strategic marketing plans. Education credentials feature a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from The University of Edinburgh, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM, and a recent certification in Effective Compliance Training from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.
