Valerie Zipf

Valerie Zipf has over two decades of experience in project management, training, and software implementation across various industries. Currently serving as Manager MIQ/Manager Residential CPG/Account Manager at Yardi Systems since May 2010, Valerie previously held multiple roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC, including Project Manager and Technical Trainer, where significant contributions included managing software rollouts and developing training materials. Earlier experience includes positions as Software Education Specialist at CFI ProServices, Inc., Service Manager at RBC Centura, and Training Coordinator at FirstSouth Bank, alongside roles in travel services and training at American Express and SABRE Travel Information Network. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services from Elon College.
