Niranjan Banodkar

Niranjan Banodkar is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in risk management and strategic leadership, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at YES BANK since April 2006. Over the years, Niranjan has held various key positions at YES BANK, including Head of Strategy, Sustainability & Investor Relations, and Head of Financial & Investor Strategy, among others. Prior to YES BANK, Niranjan worked as a Consultant in Risk & Business Solutions at Ernst & Young and as an Officer in Risk Management at Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait. Niranjan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai and is a graduate of SES High School and Junior College, with further qualifications from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
